History Established in 1997 In 1997 we opened our doors to our community. We strive to be leaders in our area in providing THE BEST care to our residents and in doing so to bring peace of mind to their families. In 2009 we rolled out our Illuminations Program (Transitional Program for those with memory impairments) to help our residents and families coping and living with cognitive impairments. (One of the first communities to implement a program in the Treasure Valley.) 2009 -Introduction of Personal Preference Program. A program designed to introduce new residents into the community and integrate them into an active lifestyle. (One of the first in the Valley) 2011 – Nursing onsite 7 Days a week (One of a few communities to provide ONSITE nursing) 2012- A true Medical Clinic ON SITE with a Nurse Practitioner every week. Reducing time spent at the doctor’s office and providing weekly access to a medical provider. (The ONLY community in the Treasure Valley providing such a clinic) Meet the Manager:
Bryan E. Bryan has been an Administrator for 10 years in the Boise area and has been at Willow Park since December 2002. He is active in his community and has served on the Idaho Assisted Living Association for eight years, the last two years as president. He is also on the board for the Better Business Bureau. Providing great service and a resource to the community is a passion reflected in the entire team he has developed at Willow Park. Bryan enjoys backpacking, camping and fishing in the beautiful outdoors of Idaho.
