Maggie W. I am a woman with a passion for health! Over the years I have worked to overcome my own health challenges…so I understand that getting healthy can be a struggle. I believe that by focusing on the three components that Tria addresses, anyone with dedication can overcome one’s personal obstacles! I’ve given birth to twins who weighed in at 7 pounds each and I am nearing 40…yet I am proud to say I am in the best shape of my life. My Qualifications: I am Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work (specializing in child and family wellness) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
