James R. Born and raised on a ranch in Eastern Oregon, Dr. James graduated from Eastern Oregon University and New York Chiropractic College. After working in Buffalo for a year, Dr. James was ready to move back to the northwest and chose Boise as his new home because of its outdoor lifestyle and safe community.
